Our Guided Wedding Planning with full day of Coordination package is our signature service.
Designed to help you bring your creative vision to life, we work closely with you to understand your style, preferences, and priorities, then provide tailored recommendations to connect you with the right vendors and local resources for your wedding.
From attending showroom visits, meeting up with your vendors, to organizing every detail in a custom planning portal, we ensure each decision supports your overall design and flow.
In the final month, we step in to finalize all details, coordinate with your vendors, and confirm your timeline, so you can focus on soaking in the excitement of what’s ahead!
This package is ideal for couples planning from afar, or with busy schedules who want a highly supportive, hands-on approach while staying closely connected to their plans.

Package investment starts at $5,500 and can range up to $10,000. Starting price includes taxes, insurance, an extra assistant, and travel within one hour of Bath Maine.
Additional rates apply for travel and lodging accommodations to venues located more than one hour away.
On-site Rehearsal Dinner Coordination for up to eight (8) hours= $1,000
Additional Event Staff is required with a guest count of 100 or more (rehearsal dinner coordination) = $300
