Our Guided Wedding Planning with full Weekend of Coordination package is our signature service that allows you the creative freedom to design your wedding and handpick your vendor team while having our full and unlimited support along the way. You take the lead, and we’re here to guide you—offering vendor recommendations, connecting you with the best local resources, joining you for showroom visits, and keeping everything organized in a Custom Planning Portal we create for your files. In the final month, we step in to finalize the details, coordinating with your vendors to gather important documents, create a vendor roster, and confirm your timeline—so you can focus on soaking in the excitement of what’s ahead!

CONNECT
We start with a complimentary consultation to go over the basics and see if we’re the right fit.
We’ll focus on gathering key details about your wedding plans—guest count, venue, and planning style—to ensure our services align with your vision and budget.
This meeting is all about getting to the heart of your values and expectations for the planning journey. We call it the “Vibe Check” because having a strong connection with your planner matters. Over the next several months, we’ll be spending lot’s of time getting to know each other—transparency and trust are essential in this relationship (a lot like a marriage!).
COLLABORATE
We’ll work together to build your dream team of vendors and create a design that reflects your vision.
CELEBRATE
When your big day arrives, you can hand everything over to us and focus on what matters most: celebrating!
Our Process: From First Call to Final Cheers
- Unlimited scheduled meetings via phone, video call, and email—from the day you sign on, through the big day, and beyond
- Venue visits and walkthroughs
- Vendor outreach and contract assessment
- Custom Planning Portal to keep everything organized
- Tips, tools, and key reminders—conveniently stored in your portal for easy reference after each planning session
COORDINATION INCLUDES:
- Ceremony and rehearsal coordination (includes pre-event setup support)
- Reviewing vendor schedules
- Managing vendor arrivals and installations
- Welcoming and guiding guests
- Finalizing logistics on-site
- Full wedding day support, from first vendor arrival to final strike

Package investment starts at $5,500 and can range up to $10,000. Starting price includes taxes, insurance, an extra assistant, and travel within one hour of Bath.

Our Coordination & Management package offers you all of the perks of coordination services that come with guided planning. The difference? – You are in the heart of planning, and we provide the trusted vendor resources and tools to get you started. In the final month, we step in to finalize the details, coordinating with your vendors to gather important documents, create a vendor roster, and confirm your timeline—so you can focus on soaking in the excitement of what’s ahead!
Additional Provisions to get you started include
- Four Scheduled meetings for planning and logistics
- Two site-visits at your venue (travel rates may apply)
- Vendor resources and starter planning portal
- Vendor outreach to finalize your timeline – 8 weeks out
