This meeting is all about getting to the heart of your values, priorities, and expectations for the planning journey. It’s more than just a “Vibe Check”. Beyond having a strong connection with your Planner, you gain the benefit of our experience and insight helping you make confident decisions and explore possibilities to create a celebration that truly reflects your love story.
We’ll be spending lots of time getting to know each other. Transparency and trust are essential in this relationship (a lot like a marriage!).

Guided Planning & Coordination
Our Guided Wedding Planning with full day of Coordination package is our signature service that allows you the creative freedom to design your wedding and handpick your vendor team while having our full and unlimited support along the way.
You take the lead, and we’re here to guide you, offering vendor recommendations, connecting you with the best local resources, joining you for showroom visits, and keeping everything organized in a Custom Planning Portal we create for your files.
In the final month, we step in to finalize the details, coordinating with your vendors to gather important documents, create a vendor roster, and confirm your timeline, so you can focus on soaking in the excitement of what’s ahead!
Our Process: From First Call to Final Cheers
- Unlimited scheduled meetings via phone, online meetings, and email, from the day you sign on, through the big day!
- Venue visits and walkthroughs
- Vendor outreach with thoughtful review of vendor agreements to confirm alignment with your overall wedding plans
- Mindful guidance and review of your wedding website
- Personalized support for your ceremony creation + assistance during the rehearsal
- Collection of certificates of insurance from your vendor team, as required by your venue.
Create a custom planning portal featuring:
- Professional planning guidance to support vendor team onboarding and event rental sourcing
- Budget Guidance
- Deadline oversight for invitations, RSVP’s, timelines, and marriage license filing
- Categorized folders with a planning log to track meetings, and provide “next steps” with a curated list of helpful links for the planning process
- Tips, tools, and key reminders, conveniently stored in your portal for easy reference after each planning session
Weekend Coordination Includes:
- One (1) hour of service the day prior to the wedding to guide the ceremony rehearsal
- Review of vendor schedules and confirmation of final plans
- Light styling of place cards, table numbers, favors, signage, and pre-arranged florals
- Careful breakdown, packing, and organization of client-provided décor after the celebration, keeping everything neat and ready for transport
- Management of vendor arrivals and installations, finalization of on-site logistics, and full wedding day support from first vendor arrival through final strike
- Inventory and inspection of all rentals

Package investment starts at $5,500 and can range up to $10,000. Starting price includes taxes, insurance, an extra assistant, and travel within one hour of Bath Maine. Additional rates apply for travel and lodging accommodations to venues located more than one hour away.
On-site Rehearsal Dinner Coordination for up to eight (8) hours= $1,000
Additional Event Staff is required with a guest count of 100 or more =$300

In the final months, we connect with you to review all the exciting details you’ve carefully planned, ensuring everything is organized and ready so your vision can be flawlessly executed on your wedding day leaving you focused on soaking in the excitement ahead!

- A scheduled site-visit at your venue (travel rates may apply)
- Final review of your timeline (we provide a draft)
